I’ve been using PULSIONS since 2008 during personal and group coaching. It fits perfectly into the coaching process by demanding a rigorous and interactive return and by not creating barriers or stereotypes. Given the extent of information, I have followed several PULSIONS continuing trainings and have taken part at the rebranding of the result presentation in 2010.

The method is pertinent in the context of career and transition assessments and it provides additional strategic support during the construction of a professional project.

In the context of mediation process and group coaching, PULSIONS inputs are a way of objectifying problems: this insight can lead to pragmatic changes in terms of work context, distribution of tasks and team organization.
