The protection and security of your data is particularly important toPulsions Management SA (hereinafter “PMSA“). This information notice is an integral part of the general terms and conditions of use and is intended to inform you about the collection, use and access to your personal data when using the PMSA website and/or services. This notice applies to all personal data about our current and former potential customers and suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “you“) that we process when you use our products and services, visit our website at www.pulsions.com, complete our questionnaire or otherwise interact with PMSA.

This information notice describes how we collect and use your personal data.

1. About us

We are the company Pulsions Management SA (hereinafter “PMSA”), chemin de Tirelonge 53, 1213 Onex, Switzerland, registered in the Geneva Trade Register and represented by its Director, Mr Daniel Schmid.

If you wish to exercise your rights, such as your right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction, opposition or portability of personal data, or your right to withdraw your consent, or if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact PMSA in accordance with Article 9 below.

2. What personal data we collect, how we use it and the basis for processing

2.1 Information you give us

We collect and store any information you provide to us via our website or other means. You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may prevent us from providing you with certain services and features. We use the information you provide to us to respond to and process your requests, to personalise our response and questionnaire processing and to communicate with you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

However, in some cases, we process personal data that we are able to deduce from other data you have provided to us, which is derived from interactions with you. Like many other websites, we use “cookies” and obtain certain types of information when your browser accesses our website. 3. Information sharing

It is our policy not to sell or pass on your personal data to anyone else and to process it only within our company. However, we may share it with third parties who provide services to us, in particular our IT service providers. These third parties will be required to protect your personal data appropriately, in accordance with contractual arrangements that comply with the requirements imposed by relevant legislation. Your personal data may also be shared for legal purposes (for example to prevent crime or fraud, or to comply with a court order or the law).

4. Security measures and data retention

The security of personal data is one of our major concerns. We have put in place technical and organisational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security and confidentiality for your personal data. The aim is to prevent any loss, destruction, misappropriation or alteration of the data that you have communicated to us.

Your personal data will not be retained for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained, including to comply with legal and tax obligations and for dispute resolution.

5. International transfers of personal data

Your data will be stored exclusively in Switzerland and will not be transferred abroad.

6. What about cookies?

To enable our systems to recognise your device and provide you with certain functionality, we use “cookies”. 7. Your rights

You may contact us (see Article 9. “Contact details for requests relating to personal data” below) to exercise the rights conferred on you by the law on the protection of personal data, and in particular (1) the right to access your data, (2) to rectify them, (3) to erase or delete them, (4) to restrict the processing of your data, (5) to obtain a file containing your personal data, (6) to object to the processing, (7) if we ask for your consent, to withdraw that consent and finally (8) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7.1 Right of access

You can ask us whether or not we are processing any of your personal data and, if so, you can request access to that data by obtaining a copy.

7.2 Droit de rectification

You have the right to request that your data be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. At your request, we will correct inaccurate personal data about you and complete incomplete personal data as soon as possible.

7.3 Right to erasure

You also have the right to request, as soon as possible, the deletion of your personal data, which means that we delete your data.

7.4 Right to restrict processing

Under certain circumstances you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. This right may arise, for example, in situations where the accuracy of your personal data is disputed, but we need some time to verify their (in)accuracy. This right does not prevent us from keeping your personal data. We will inform you before the restriction is lifted.

7.5 Right to the portability of your personal data

Your right to data portability means that you can ask us to provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and that this data is transmitted directly to another controller, if technically feasible. Upon request and if technically feasible, we will transmit your personal data directly to the other controller.

7.6 Right to object

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which means that you can ask us not to process them any more.

7.7 Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time and without charge. If you exercise this right, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes. However, we will continue to process your data where such processing is justified on other grounds.

7.8 Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that one of your rights to the protection of your personal data is not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time.

This information notice was updated on 7 December 2021. This version replaces the previous version. We reserve the right to update this information notice at any time. You should check our website regularly for any updates.
